Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lee Brown!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beach tries to close the distance and clinch but Brown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Brown now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Beach keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brown moves in looking to clinch but Beach pushes him off.

Beach moves into the clinch.
Beach lands a nice uppercut.
Brown is trying to pull guard but Beach turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Beach misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Brown tries to score a body lock takedown but Beach shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sammy Beach has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Brown.
Brown is looking to take this one to the mat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Lee Brown has been cut.
Beach lands a body punch in the clinch.
Brown is trying to drag Beach to the mat but Beach just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Brown tries to pull guard but Beach won't allow it.

Brown's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Beach gets through Brown's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Beach takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Brown has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Beach regains guard immediately.
Beach has Brown pulled in close to control his posture.
Brown prevents Beach from getting back to his feet.
Beach has control of Brown's left arm, preventing Brown from doing any damage.

Brown missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Brown thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Brown is looking to work some ground and pound but Beach has wrist control.
Brown pushing down on Beach's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brown seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Brown seems to be looking for submissions.

Brown is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Beach wants to improve his position but Brown is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Lee Brown's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Brown goes for a takedown in the clinch but Beach prevents it.

Beach jabs Brown right on the nose. Brown blinks but takes it well.
Beach is looking to clinch but Brown is avoiding it.
Brown with the counter takedown but Beach avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That has opened up Lee Brown's cut even more.
Beach lands an uppercut, right on the button! Brown tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
