Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakamura closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

I was talking to Nakamura's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Nakamura has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Clint is trying to keep an underhook but Nakamura manages to get the takedown into half guard.

As Clint looks to move away, Nakamura throws a big counter combo but Clint just gets out of the way.
Clint lands with a hook. Nakamura tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Clint throws a series of punches but Nakamura moves out of range.
Nakamura tries to clinch but Clint is having none of it.
Oooooh!!! Clint has knocked Nakamura down with a huge combo! Clint steps away and waves a wobbly Nakamura back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Nakamura is rocked!
Clint lands with a big left! Nakamura is wobbled badly! Clint comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Nakamura to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kyle Clint!
