Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva gets a clinch.
Nash tries to score a body lock takedown but Silva shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Nash stops a takedown attempt from Silva.
Silva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nash dives in for a single leg takedown but Silva sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nash looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nash takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nash pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nash is breathing heavily.
Silva has closed the distance and engaged Nash in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nash tries a body shot but Silva blocks it.
Silva breaks the clinch.
Nash fails with the takedown
and Nash takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like August Nash has been cut.

Silva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nash, pushing him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva has picked Nash up - he's going for a ride! Silva dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Nash is looking to get back to is feet but Silva passes into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Silva is staying tight to Nash's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Silva is chipping away with strikes.
Nash is rocked!
Nash knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
Silva moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Silva grinds an elbow into Nash's temple.
Oh Nash is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Silva cracks Nash with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Silva immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Nash is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Silva!
