Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mattias Gellotte (ranked 24469 p4p, 0 weight class) and Archibald Lee (ranked 4491 p4p, 0 weight class). Archibald Lee is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gellotte to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gellotte trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Gellotte knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lee on the ground.

Lee sneaks out the side door and pushes Gellotte away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gellotte is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lee manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Gellotte keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Gellotte really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A frustrated look appears on Lee's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Gellotte jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Gellotte gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lee closes the distance and clinches up with Gellotte, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes Gellotte against the cage but Gellotte circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Gellotte drives through and clinches with Lee against the cage.

Lee is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Gellotte manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Gellotte has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lee is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gellotte.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gellotte is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lee can do to turn this around?

Lee drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lee jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Gellotte keeps the fight on the outside.
Gellotte tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Lee manages to circle out of the way.

Mattias Gellotte showed his dominance in that final round.
