Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Arshavin (ranked 4779 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Flash (ranked 4696 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrey Arshavin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Flash! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flash looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Flash misses with a few strikes there.
Flash lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Arshavin circles away quickly and effectively. Flash misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Arshavin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Arshavin blocks a head kick by Flash.
Flash misses with a two punch combination.
Flash throws a right and a left that Arshavin avoids nicely. Arshavin tries to sprawl but Flash drives through with a takedown into half guard. Flash is working for a kimura but Arshavin is defending it quite comfortably.
Arshavin controlling the position well. Flash seems to be looking for submissions.
Arshavin moves into full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flash drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Arshavin manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Flash has Arshavin in his guard. Arshavin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Arshavin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Flash works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Arshavin showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Flash working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Arshavin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Arshavin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Arshavin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Arshavin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Arshavin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Arshavin is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Flash preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Arshavin controlling from the top position. Flash wants to sweep but no luck. Flash looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arshavin looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Arshavin has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Arshavin throwing strikes but missing.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Flash throws a head kick that misses. Arshavin moves out of range of the body kick. Arshavin tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Flash manages to circle out of the way.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Arshavin has closed the distance and engaged Flash in a clinch.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Arshavin manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Andrey Arshavin dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Arshavin moves into the clinch. Flash tries to break the clinch but Arshavin is controlling the position. Arshavin drops Flash with a big knee straight up the middle! Flash is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Flash is rocked!
It looks like Johnny Flash has been cut. Arshavin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Flash was well out of range. Poor timing from Arshavin. Flash is still on wobbly legs! Can Arshavin finish him? Arshavin darts in and clinches Flash up against the cage. Arshavin working the clinch nicely. Flash is working for position but Arshavin cracks him with a big knee to the head! Flash crumples up against the cage and Arshavin lands two more shots before the ref can save Flash! This one is all over!
