Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Reggie Green! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Martin! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Green misses with a looping left. Martin misses the shot to the body. Green throws a right and a left that Martin avoids nicely. A head kick misses from Green. Green pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Green paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Martin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. A head kick misses from Green. Martin jabs at Green's body. Martin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Green is breathing heavily. A big left from Green misses. Martin scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Nice strikes from Martin there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Green won't allow Martin to pass to mount. Martin looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Green with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Martin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Martin tries to pass to full mount but Green defends it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Martin in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Martin looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Green manages to get back to half guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. Martin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Green is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Martin, into his guard. Martin tries to strike from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Green was well out of range. Poor timing from Martin. Martin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Martin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Green trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Martin is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Green has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Green is desperately trying to improve his position but Martin has a good base and remains in mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Green slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Martin dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Martin lands a glancing blow to the side of Green's head. Martin throws a head kick but Green moves out of range.

Green cracks Martin with a right hand to the side of the head. Martin closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Green moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Martin is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Green takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Martin is still on wobbly legs! Can Green finish him? Green drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Martin right on the button. Martin goes down! Green follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Green gets the win via TKO!
