The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Hadley with the counter takedown but Bean avoids it easily.
Bean attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Hadley gets tackled into the cage by Bean. Bean maintains the clinch.
Hadley blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Bean stops a takedown attempt from Hadley.
Bean manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Bean scores with a knee to the head.

Bean drops Hadley with a big knee straight up the middle! Hadley is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Hadley is rocked!

It looks like Alex Hadley has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hadley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hadley is still on wobbly legs! Can Bean finish him?
Hadley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bean defends it nicely.
Bean jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Bean moves into the clinch successfully.
Hadley seems to have recovered his senses.

Hadley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bean fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Joe Bean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Hadley.

Joe Bean is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hadley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bean moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hadley tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bean just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bean lands a good knee to the midsection. Hadley won't want to take too many of those.

Bean unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hadley lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Hadley throws a punch but it's blocked by Bean.
Bean definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bean jerks Hadley to the side and lands a massive knee to the head that knocks him out cold! Hadley's lifeless body is proped up only by the cage. Bean steps back, hand raised, as the crowd goes wild!
