The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sidious throws a lazy right hand but Fungus sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sidious misses with a looping right.
Fungus throws a jab when Sidious was well out of range.
Sidious looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Fungus throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sidious.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fungus. Sidious shrugs it off though.
Sidious misses with a wild body shot.
A swing and a miss from Fungus.
Fungus lands a big head kick that sends Sidious tumbling to the mat! Fungus takes a step backwards and waves Sidious back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Sidious is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sidious throws a right hand that misses
and Fungus scores with a counter punch that sends Sidious to the canvas! Fungus smells blood - he's punishing Sidious with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Sidious has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Foot Fungus!
Foot Fungus retains his light heavyweight title!
Foot Fungus really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Kato logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
