Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Krathampong.
Krathampong fails in his attempt to clinch.
Suksamit Krathampong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aoki moves into range and clinches up with Krathampong.
Krathampong fails to pull guard.
Krathampong breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aoki takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Aoki fails to land the takedown.
Krathampong tries to clinch but fails miserably
so Aoki counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Aoki drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aoki jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Aoki stays in close to Krathampong's body and controls the position.
Krathampong looking to hit a scissor sweep but Aoki is one step ahead there.

Krathampong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Aoki on the ground.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Krathampong is looking to clinch but Aoki is avoiding it.
Krathampong shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Aoki counters with a nice double leg into side control. Krathampong won't be happy with that.
Aoki looks gassed!
A lull in the action here as Aoki stalls from top position.

Aoki wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Krathampong, who protects the arm well.

Aoki advances to mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Aoki is looking to work his way around to Krathampong's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Aoki moves to the back position.
Krathampong tries to escape but Aoki has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Krathampong defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Aoki's arms.
