Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asher Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Asher Lee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Carlos Lima! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Asher Lee! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lima lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively. Lee throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Lima shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Lima keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Carlos Lima seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lima ducks under a wild hook from Lee. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee tests Lima's chin there with a solid looking shot. Lima will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lee connects with a nice looking jab.
Lima tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Lee keeps the fight on the outside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee thuds his right hand into Lima's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Lima shoots for a takedown but Lee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Lee sizes up Lima with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Lima uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lee. Lima will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Lima. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lee scores with a shot to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee throws a shot from downtown. Lima moves away and avoids it. Lima walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. A jab from Lee does it's job there. Lee throws a good cross that connects.
Lima is rocked! Lee circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Lima tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Lee wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Asher Lee!
