Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leland Riggs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dab Life!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Life tries to clinch there but Riggs circles away.
Life throws a series of strikes that have Riggs backpedaling.


It looks like Leland Riggs has been cut.

Life is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Riggs's half guard.

Riggs has one foot on Life's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Life.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Riggs struggling a bit here.

Riggs throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

Life trying to control the action but Riggs is working from the bottom.

Life pulls guard effortlessly.

Riggs is fighting to break Life's control of his arms but Life is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Life utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Riggs scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Riggs gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Life darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Riggs has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Life is on him like a limpet, forcing Riggs back against the cage.

Life gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Riggs manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Life doesn't manage to clinch there - Riggs circles away.
Life is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Riggs tries to counter with a takedown but Life is quick to defend against it.

Life drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Riggs wants to control but Life postures up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Riggs sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Life is trying to work for a kimura but Riggs is defending well.
Riggs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Riggs is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Life pulls his head out easily.

Riggs gets caught napping as Life dives in and scores a takedown. Riggs manages to retain guard.

Riggs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Riggs keeping moving, preventing Life from controlling successfully.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Riggs is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Life defends well.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Life throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Life looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Riggs!
Life is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
You can see the frustration on Riggs's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Riggs bucks up and tries to throw Life off but instead Life has got his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Dab Life will probably get the nod - 10:9.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Riggs is looking to counter the offense by Life and move into the clinch.

Life closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Riggs quickly recovers to half guard.
Riggs tries to kick Life off in order to stand up. Life Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Life tries to advance to mount but can't.
Riggs keeps Life under control for a moment.
Riggs is trying to improve his position.

Riggs wants to control but Life postures up.
Life wants to lay and pray for a moment but Riggs keeps working.

Life is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Riggs can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Riggs tries to hold on but Life postures up.

Life controlling the position easily from mount.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Riggs is trying to escape the mount.
Riggs tries to hold on but Life postures up.
Riggs slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Riggs trying to control but Life postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

And that's the end of the fight!
Dab Life comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Life has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
