Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Petr Kotrc (ranked 20803 p4p, 123 weight class) and Maciej Gorski (ranked 20605 p4p, 127 weight class). Gorski is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Harnaś. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Petr Kotrc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 24 - 1, fighting out of London, Maciej Gorski! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kotrc drives through and clinches with Gorski against the cage.
Kotrc tightens his grip and picks Gorski up, before dumping him to the ground. Gorski manages to land in guard. Kotrc scoring with punches to the head and body. Gorski not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kotrc prevents Gorski from getting back to his feet. Kotrc gets to his feet - Gorski follows without any prompting. Kotrc gets caught napping as Gorski dives in and scores a takedown. Kotrc manages to retain guard. Gorski content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gorski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Gorski stands up over Kotrc, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Gorski trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gorski scoring with some ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gorski looking to pass the guard. Kotrc throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Gorski wants to control from the top but Kotrc keeps moving. Gorski working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kotrc avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kotrc is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Gorski presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Kotrc pulls guard. Gorski lands a couple of elbows. Gorski is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kotrc is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kotrc has escaped and now he's on top! Kotrc won't allow Gorski to get back to his feet. Kotrc has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gorski pulls Kotrc in close to prevent any damage. Gorski working a defensive guard here.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kotrc's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kotrc lands a couple of elbows. Gorski trying to keep a closed guard but Kotrc is proving a slippery customer.
Kotrc thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kotrc with a nice head shot there. Kotrc really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gorski keeping full guard, as Kotrc tries to pass. Gorski keeping moving, preventing Kotrc from controlling successfully. Gorski trying to keep a closed guard but Kotrc is proving a slippery customer.
Kotrc postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Kotrc stands up from Gorski's guard - Kotrc perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Kotrc. Gorski does a little dance to reset his feet. Gorski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kotrc manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kotrc keeping moving, preventing Gorski from controlling successfully. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gorski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Gorski really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kotrc. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gorski trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gorski lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Gorski looking to sit in guard and control but Kotrc gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Gorski is trying to keep Kotrc in close.
Kotrc is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kotrc tries to free his leg and advance position but Gorski is retaining full guard. Kotrc throws a big right hand that misses. Kotrc stands and throws Gorski's legs to the side, diving into side control. Gorski tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kotrc wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Gorski wants to control but Kotrc postures up. Kotrc landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Kotrc scores with a couple of short elbows. Gorski takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Kotrc lands a nice forearm strike. Kotrc tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Gorski is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Petr Kotrc dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Kotrc takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Gorski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kotrc has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Gorski is on him like a limpet, forcing Kotrc back against the cage. Kotrc lands an uppercut. Gorski has Kotrc pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Gorski pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Kotrc tumbling to the mat - Gorski dives into Kotrc's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gorski is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Gorski must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gorski looking to pass the guard. Kotrc is adopting a defensive guard. Kotrc is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kotrc seems keen to control Gorski's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kotrc wants to stand up but Gorski is controlling him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kotrc pulls Gorski in close to prevent any damage. Gorski with a flurry of punches that miss. Gorski drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kotrc dives on top into guard. Kotrc stops Gorski from standing up. Kotrc is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Gorski can't keep his opponent in guard - Kotrc advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Kotrc working Gorski over with strikes. Gorski is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kotrc scores with a couple of nice shots. Gorski is trying is best to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gorski is trying to control but can't.
Kotrc looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gorski with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Kotrc scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Kotrc working Gorski over with strikes. Kotrc is working for a kimura but Gorski is defending it quite comfortably.
Gorski tries to kick Kotrc off but Kotrc keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Gorski is refusing to be controlled, as Kotrc sits in half guard. Gorski pushes Kotrc off looking to stand but Kotrc dives back in and keeps control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kotrc lands strikes from half guard. Petr Kotrc overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kotrc is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kotrc is working for a submission of some sort.
Gorski is trying to stand back up but Kotrc is controlling him

Kotrc pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gorski shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gorski was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kotrc struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kotrc prevents Gorski from moving into mount. Gorski working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Gorski works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Kotrc prevents Gorski from moving into mount. Kotrc tries to escape but Gorski is in control. Kotrc tries to get back to half guard but can't. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kotrc can't do much from the bottom here. Kotrc taking a bit of punishment here - Gorski scoring with strikes. Kotrc holds on to Gorski's head and controls the position momentarily. Kotrc is working to avoid the ground and pound but Gorski connects with a decent elbow. Gorski lands a decent elbow from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Petr Kotrc will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Kotrc has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gorski. Kotrc is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Gorski can do to turn this around? Gorski shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kotrc napping and manages to drive through into side control! Kotrc throws Gorski to one side and escapes! Petr Kotrc is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice combo by Gorski! Oh, that's hurt him - Kotrc falls to the canvas and Gorski follows him into side control.
Kotrc is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gorski lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Oh Kotrc is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Gorski landing a few strikes. Gorski scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Kotrc is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Gorski can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
