Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Mack (ranked 3846 p4p, 346 weight class) and Jack Wagon (ranked 4246 p4p, 373 weight class). Charlie Mack could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack Wagon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Charlie Mack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Wagon! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Viktor Lagutenko and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wagon avoids the head kick by Mack.
Wagon lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Wagon looks to throw a body kick so Mack counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Mack is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mack throws a big right hand that misses. Wagon looking for a sweep. Not yet Wagon, not yet. Wagon trying to keep a closed guard but Mack is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mack wants to pass the guard but Wagon is keeping the position. Mack works over Wagon with some ground and pound from guard. Mack throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wagon works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mack has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mack cracks Wagon with a solid left hand. Wagon can't keep his opponent in guard - Mack advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Mack misses with a head shot. Wagon uses the momentum to regain guard. Wagon being controlled here, momentarily. Wagon keeping full guard, as Mack tries to pass. Wagon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mack. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mack working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mack wants to pass the guard but Wagon is keeping the position. Mack works a leg free and moves into half guard. Mack seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Mack trying to mount his opponent but Wagon defends it. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mack wants to free his trapped foot but Wagon is holding on for dear life with his legs. Wagon trying to hold on to Mack's head to control him but Mack postures up.
Mack is taking a breather. Wagon says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Mack is looking for a kimura here.
Wagon felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wagon manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Mack keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. Wagon tries to score a body lock takedown but Mack shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Mack gets a trip takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mack controlling the action here. Wagon looks like he's trying to stand up.
Mack is keen to just control but Wagon is a slippery customer. Wagon wants to control but Mack is keeping busy and won't allow it. Ground and pound from Mack. Mack with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Charlie Mack dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Mack lands a jab. No luck with that takedown attempt from Wagon. Jab, jab by Mack - just one landing. Mack clinches up against the cage. Mack is pressed up against the cage. Wagon has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Mack down to the mat. Mack avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Mack dodges the punch combination from Wagon.
Mack stalks Wagon and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wagon's face. Wagon staggers backwards, shaken.
Wagon is rocked! Wagon takes a body punch but keeps moving. Mack throws a right and a left that both miss. Mack circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Wagon drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Mack follows Wagon to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charlie Mack! A pretty intense looking Charlie Mack took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
