Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Maxwell Silver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Ruben Mandore!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mandore pinned against the cage. Mandore gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Silver displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mandore.
Silver closes the distance and clinches.
Silver pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mandore throws out a loose jab but Silver uses good head movement to avoid it.
Silver misses with a few strikes there.
Silver misses with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mandore gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Silver to counter with a crisp jab.
Silver throws a right and a left that Mandore avoids nicely.
Mandore throws a head kick that misses
and Silver counters with a left right combination that sends Mandore crashing to the mat - Silver wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Mandore out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
