Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost comes into the arena with God Save The Queen blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lee Brown! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost throws a sloppy head kick and Brown moves out of range easily. Brown loads up on a big right hand but Frost slips the punch. Brown waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Frost. Some wild striking there from Brown.
Brown throws an overhand right that lands on Frost's shoulder, as Frost tries to avoid the shot. Brown cracks Frost with a good jab. Frost slips a straight right by Brown. Frost fails in his attempt to clinch. Frost throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Brown's head. Frost tries to clinch but Brown is having none of it. Frost checks the leg kick. Brown misses with an attempted mid kick.
Nice takedown defense from Brown. No joy for Frost on that attempt. Frost drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Brown looking for a sweep. Not yet Brown, not yet. Frost is looking to work some ground and pound but Brown has wrist control. Frost trying to control but Brown is working from the bottom. Frost thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Frost won't allow Brown to sweep him here. Brown looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown keeping full guard, as Frost tries to pass. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Brown is on top in guard.
Frost working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Brown. Brown wants to pass the guard but Frost is keeping the position. Brown wants to control from the top but Frost keeps moving. Brown looking to pass the guard. Frost keeping moving, preventing Brown from controlling successfully. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! There's a bit of a scramble here and now Frost is on top in guard.
Frost postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Frost stopping the sweep attempt from Brown. Frost throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brown works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Brown is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Frost stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brown swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Brown throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Brown looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Frost trying to control the position from guard on top but Brown is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Brown throws a big shot that misses. Brown pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Brown moves out of range of the body kick. Frost tries to close the distance and clinch but Brown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Brown keeps the fight on the outside. Frost slips under a jab. Frost drives through with a takedown into guard. Brown tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Frost wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving. Brown wants to improve his position but instead Frost has moved into half guard.
Brown is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Brown tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Brown works his way to full guard. Good work. Brown throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Brown looks gassed! Frost looking to pass the guard. Frost pushing down on Brown's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Frost working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Brown's thigh. Brown counters though and makes it back to full guard. Brown throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Brown avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Frost won't allow Brown to sweep him here. Brown is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Frost with a nice head shot there. Brown looking for a sweep. Not yet Brown, not yet. Brown keeping moving, preventing Frost from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Brown takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Brown loads up on a big right hand but Frost slips the punch. Brown is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Frost. Brown dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Frost. Frost chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Frost throws a series of strikes that have Brown backpedaling.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Frost is looking to clinch. Excellent takedown into side control there by Frost. Frost moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brown throws a shot from downtown. Frost moves away and avoids it. Frost throws a right hand that Brown ducks under and follows up with a left that Brown also avoids with ease. Frost bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Brown's head backwards. Frost scores with a nice right hand.
Frost keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Brown. Frost shoots for a double leg takedown but Brown sprawls well. He's pushed Frost's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Good leg kick by Brown there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Frost lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Some wild striking there from Frost.
A big left from Brown misses. Lee Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown works over Frost's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Jack Frost has been cut. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Brown throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frost. Brown looks to score with a jab to the body but Frost is just out of range. Brown connects with a nice looking jab.
Jack Frost is winning the standup battle so far. Frost shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brown pinned against the cage. Brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Frost moves out of range as Brown strikes.

Brown throws a jab when Frost was well out of range. Brown swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Frost. Jack Frost is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Frost slips a jab and a cross from Brown.
Frost throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Frost shoots in and drives through. Brown sprawls well. Frost showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Brown.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A left and a right from Brown both land. Nice combination. Brown lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Frost backs up against the cage.
Brown tries to score with a low kick but Frost moves his leg out of the way. Brown connects with a looping right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Brown lands a jab to the nose. Brown is looking to chop away at Frost's legs. A lazy left from Brown finds it's target. Excellent takedown into side control there by Frost. Brown can't do much from the bottom here. Brown tries to improve position but can't. Frost tries for a kimura but Brown is defending well. Brown gets back to half guard.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Brown misses with a wild body shot. Brown throws a series of punches but Frost avoids them all with ease. A left and a right from Frost both land. Nice combination. A head kick from Brown lands but Frost takes it in his stride. Frost works over Brown's head and body with a nice combination. Frost lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The fighters circling - Brown throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Frost connects with a crisp jab. Frost dodges the punch combination from Brown.
Frost fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown sizes up Frost with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Brown swinging wilding here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Brown showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Jack Frost's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Brown thows a leg kick but Frost checks it and Frost counters with a one-two to the body. Frost misses with a jab, cross combination.
Brown throws a right and a left that both miss. Brown throws a jab when Frost was well out of range. Brown takes a swing at Frost's ribcage but misses. Brown misses the body punch and Frost counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A swing and a miss from Brown. Brown throws a looping overhand right but Frost ducks down to avoid it. Frost moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Brown takes a kick to the side of the head. Frost darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Frost is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Brown is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Frost's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Frost's back! Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown is persistently looking for the submission but Frost is defending it well.
You can see the frustration on Frost's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Brown lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Frost would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Frost stands and throws Brown's legs to the side, diving into side control. Frost trying to control the position but Brown is working away. Frost creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Brown sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Brown manages to get back to half guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frost stalling. Brown is pressing down on Frost's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Frost stopping the sweep attempt from Brown. Frost looking to pass the guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Brown is on top in guard.
Frost wants to sweep here but Brown controlling him for the moment. Frost looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Brown puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Frost! Brown is in the full mount, landing strikes. Frost can't escape the position.

Brown lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Frost hang on? Jack Frost overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Brown with a couple of short strikes. Frost is in a horrible position here. Brown smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Frost is trying desperately to improve position. Brown has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Frost wants to control but Brown is having none of it. Frost working to try and regain half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Frost showed his dominance in that final round. I think Frost has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
