Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georges Moxley (ranked 4891 p4p, 433 weight class) and Criss Lebenanski (ranked 3550 p4p, 0 weight class). Criss Lebenanski will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Criss Lebenanski! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lebenanski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Moxley's waist but Moxley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lebenanski off to one side. Lebenanski avoids the body shot from Moxley.
Lebenanski shoots in but no luck this time. Lebenanski tries to clinch but Moxley moves out of range. Lebenanski displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Moxley throws out the jab. Moxley misses with a body shot.

Lebenanski feints a jab promting Moxley to slip. Lebenanski then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Moxley slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Lebenanski slips under a jab from Moxley. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lebenanski tries to clinch but Moxley moves out of range. Lebenanski dives in for a single leg takedown but Moxley sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Lebenanski throws a nice looking combination but Moxley bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Lebenanski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Moxley. Moxley is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Lebenanski swinging wildly here.

Lebenanski tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Moxley defends well and Lebenanski ends up having to push Moxley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Moxley moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Lebenanski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Moxley.
Lebenanski tries to land a front kick but Moxley steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Moxley lands an overhand right. Moxley lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. This has been an exciting period of action! Lebenanski moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Lebenanski looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lebenanski steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Moxley. Lebenanski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Moxley swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lebenanski misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moxley stuns Lebenanski with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Moxley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lebenanski.
A nice side step and Lebenanski releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Moxley tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lebenanski was well out of range. Poor timing from Moxley. Lebenanski doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Lebenanski misses with a head kick.

Moxley is looking to wear down Lebenanski with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Moxley tests Lebenanski's chin there with a solid looking shot. Nice straight punches there by Moxley. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Moxley. Lebenanski shoots in but Moxley avoids the takedown attempt easily. A little feinted left hand from Moxley on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lebenanski takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Lebenanski slips a straight right by Moxley. Nice uppercut there from Moxley. Lebenanski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Moxley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lebenanski somewhat. Moxley was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Criss Lebenanski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moxley throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Despite the aggression on Lebenanski's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Lebenanski shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Moxley as he jumps to the side. Moxley is looking to counter punch. Moxley digs a good body shot into Lebenanski's ribs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Georges Moxley dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Lebenanski might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Moxley has got the better of the exchanges. Lebenanski has his takedown stuffed and Moxley cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Criss Lebenanski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Moxley throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lebenanski on the side of the head. Lebenanski tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Moxley counters with a stiff right hand. Moxley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lebenanski can do to turn this around? The fighters circling - Moxley throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moxley avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Moxley controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moxley is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lebenanski pulls his head out easily. Lebenanski has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Lebenanski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Criss Lebenanski has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Moxley connects with a body shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Georges Moxley showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Moxley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
