Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steel Penn (ranked 1088 p4p, 152 weight class) and Andy Shifter (ranked 1201 p4p, 165 weight class). Shifter is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lützenkirchen- Nutcracker . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Shifter!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn just misses with a punch to the body.
Penn misses with a head kick.
Shifter blocks a jab.
A low kick from Penn is predictable there
and Shifter counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Shifter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Shifter advances position into side control!
Shifter looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Shifter is trying to get an arm triangle but Penn is defending well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shifter throws an elbow but Penn slips to the side and avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shifter is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Penn looks calm but he's in trouble here. Shifter gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Penn is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Shifter lets go of the hold and Penn can pop his arm back in it's socket.
