The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cunningham misses with a two punch combination.

Stern throws a looping overhand right but Cunningham ducks down to avoid it.
Stern throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cunningham 's corner calls for a 1-2. Cunningham obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Alex Stern has been cut.
Stern throws a hook but Cunningham blocks it.
Stern catches Cunningham with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

A looping hook to the body misses from Cunningham . Stern does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cunningham lands with a hook. Stern tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Cunningham uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stern.

Cunningham drops Stern with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Stern looks back up at him and smiles so Cunningham waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Cunningham cracks Stern with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cunningham has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Stern to stand back up!
Cunningham cracks Stern with a hook to the temple - Stern is on wobbly legs here! Cunningham swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Stern falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Cunningham wins by TKO!
