The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins tries for a takedown but Seyan circles away easily
and Seyan counters with a three punch combo that has Hopkins backing up. Hopkins nods at Seyan to acknowledge the strikes.
Hopkins gets a takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hopkins takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Seyan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hopkins working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Hopkins scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Hopkins is trying for a kimura here. Seyan looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Hopkins wins by kimura!
