Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jax Damon (ranked 5458 p4p, 168 weight class) and Spinning Fire (ranked 5267 p4p, 163 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jax Damon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Spinning Fire!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Damon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fire slips a jab and a cross from Damon.
Fire tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Damon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Damon tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fire sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Damon somewhat.
Fire is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Damon throws a body punch but Fire moves out of range.
Fire feints the counter takedown.
Damon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Damon lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Damon misses with the combination.
Fire with the counter takedown but Damon avoids it easily.
Nice cross by Damon.
Damon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fire was well out of range. Poor timing from Damon.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Damon throws a right and a left that both miss.
Damon misses with a low kick.
Damon moves into the clinch successfully.
A frustrated look appears on Damon's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Damon misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Fire looking to stall.
Damon tries to circle away but Fire has him pinned against the cage.
Damon has had enough of the clinch but Fire keeps him there for the moment.
Damon lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Fire manages to break the clinch.
Damon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fire manages to avoid it.
Damon goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Damon tries for a takedown but Fire manages to get underhooks.
Damon tries to throw a body punch but Fire avoids it by throwing Damon back against the cage.
Damon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Damon tries to break the clinch but Fire is controlling the position.
Fire prevents Damon from breaking the clinch.
Damon pushes Fire back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Damon misses with a hook to the ribs.
Fire prevents a body shot from Damon.
Damon goes for a takedown attempt but Fire pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jax Damon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Damon misses the jab.
Fire drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Damon defends it well.
Damon closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Damon throws an overhand right that lands on Fire's shoulder, as Fire tries to avoid the shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Damon throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Damon throws a lazy head kick
and Fire counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Fire seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Fire passes the guard and advances to mount!
Fire landing shots from mount.
Fire scoring with strikes but Damon is staying in there.
A big strike lands for Fire! That's really hurt Damon and he's turned his back - Fire keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Fire jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Spinning Fire!
