Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Duane Cooke (ranked 23842 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konichiwa Jempsa (ranked 5612 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Duane Cooke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Konichiwa Jempsa! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cooke misses with a takedown attempt - Jempsa sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jempsa has Cooke up against the cage in a clinch.
Jempsa pulls Cooke into guard.
Jempsa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cooke defends it easily. Jempsa pulls Cooke in close to prevent any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cooke prevents Jempsa from getting back to his feet. Jempsa looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jempsa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cooke is one step ahead there. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Cooke drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jempsa manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cooke has Jempsa in his guard. Jempsa postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Cooke is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Cooke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jempsa not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Jempsa landing with the ground and pound. Jempsa looking to sit in guard and control but Cooke gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jempsa can do anything to dispel that myth. Jempsa wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jempsa pulls Cooke in to control the position. Cooke trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jempsa's guard. Jempsa seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jempsa looking for a sweep. Not yet Jempsa, not yet. Cooke is fighting to break Jempsa's control of his arms but Jempsa is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Jempsa closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cooke circles away. Jempsa moves into the clinch. Jempsa has Cooke pressed against the cage, preventing Cooke from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Jempsa gets underhooks to prevent Cooke's takedown attempt.
Jempsa gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Cooke will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Jempsa is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Jempsa works over Cooke with some ground and pound from guard. Jempsa stands up over Cooke, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Jempsa controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Cooke is breathing heavily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jempsa makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Konichiwa Jempsa dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jempsa drives through with a takedown into guard. Konichiwa Jempsa has got the better of the ground game so far. Jempsa chips away with some ground and pound. Jempsa is in close to Cooke's body, working some short punches and elbows. Jempsa with a flurry of punches that miss. Jempsa passes into half guard. Jempsa content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jempsa is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Cooke is rocked! Jempsa is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Cooke! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jempsa with good strikes from the mount here! Oh Cooke is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jempsa looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Cooke covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
