Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nils Ragnaar (ranked 1768 p4p, 221 weight class) and Daniel Bornholm (ranked 2862 p4p, 311 weight class). Ragnaar comes to the ring accompanied by Mustasch - The Wave. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ragnaar rushes Bornholm and presses him up against the ropes.
Ragnaar doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Ragnaar is struggling to control the position.

Ragnaar takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Bornholm is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Ragnaar rather than just go for the knockout.

A little jabbing left from Bornholm on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

and Bornholm counters with a nice kick to the body.
Bornholm motions for Ragnaar to come forward. Bornholm throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ragnaar appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Ragnaar takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Bornholm lands a nice looking body kick.
Bornholm throws a front kick that sends Ragnaar stumbling back into the ropes.
Bornholm fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ragnaar looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Daniel Bornholm seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Bornholm fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ragnaar has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Ragnaar on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bornholm. Bornholm obviously looking to wear him down.

Bornholm avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ragnaar has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bornholm.
A swing and a miss from Ragnaar.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ragnaar looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A little jabbing left from Bornholm on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ragnaar is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Bornholm moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ragnaar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bornholm.
Ragnaar fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bornholm.
Bornholm dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ragnaar. That did some damage!

A low kick from Bornholm is predictable there
and Ragnaar counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bornholm is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Bornholm has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Daniel Bornholm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Bornholm lands a big head kick that sends Ragnaar tumbling to the mat! Bornholm takes a step backwards and waves Ragnaar back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ragnaar is rocked!
Bornholm weaves into range and cracks Ragnaar right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Ragnaar goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Bornholm is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
