Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles One Man Army (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniel Cook looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Cook looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! One Man Army misses with a few strikes there.
Cook drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. One Man Army is looking to reverse the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. One Man Army manages to get back to half guard. One Man Army wants to improve his position but Cook is controlling well.
One Man Army looking for submissions from an awkward position here. One Man Army pushes Cook off looking to stand but Cook dives back in and keeps control.
One Man Army regains full guard. Nicely done. Cook won't allow One Man Army to sweep him here. One Man Army has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cook can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. One Man Army looking for a guillotine here but Cook defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. One Man Army looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cook gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. One Man Army looks to land a combination but Cook avoids it well. No luck for One Man Army with that takedown attempt. Cook swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Cook or perhaps it was just good defense by One Man Army which made him look bad. Nice takedown defense from Cook. No joy for One Man Army on that attempt. Cook pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cook shoots in but One Man Army avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. One Man Army shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cook but Cook pushes him off and we're back to square one. Daniel Cook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charles One Man Army. One Man Army goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Cook throws a head kick but One Man Army moves out of range.

Cook throws a right hand that One Man Army ducks under and follows up with a left that One Man Army also avoids with ease. One Man Army misses with a two punch combination.
One Man Army fails to land with a series of punches.
Cook throws a head kick that misses. One Man Army fails with the takedown. Cook throws a head kick that misses. Cook has taken the fight to the clinch.
One Man Army keeps control of Cook as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. One Man Army has hold of one of Cook's legs. Cook is fighting the takedown attempt but One Man Army gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Cook wants to get back to his feet but One Man Army is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Cook will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cook has a closed guard, preventing One Man Army from standing up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. One Man Army stops Cook from standing up. One Man Army drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. One Man Army seems to have locked his on tight now - Cook screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for One Man Army, as he picks up the win!
