And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salomanca misses with a hook.
Gandhi tried to counter with a leg kick but Salomanca avoided it.
Salomanca tries to bum rush Gandhi with a series of wild strikes but Gandhi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Salomanca on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Gandhi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Salomanca's guard.
Salomanca is working an open guard so Gandhi takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Salomanca looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Gandhi dodges the punch combination from Salomanca.
Salomanca scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gandhi gets the takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gandhi has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Gandhi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Salomanca throws a body punch but Gandhi moves out of range.
Gandhi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salomanca's waist but Salomanca gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gandhi off to one side.
Gandhi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Gandhi decides to stand and escape the position.
Carlos Salomanca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gandhi checks a low kick from Salomanca.
Carlos Salomanca is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gandhi, right into the meat.
Gandhi gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Salomanca counters with a left and a right that stings Gandhi.
A decent looking cross lands there for Salomanca.
Salomanca misses with an uppercut. Gandhi saw that one coming.
Gandhi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Salomanca pinned against the cage. Salomanca gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Salomanca looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mahatma Gandhi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gandhi swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Gandhi moves away from the strike by Salomanca.
Salomanca cracks Gandhi with a good jab.
Gandhi is rocked!
Salomanca lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Gandhi falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
