Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Afeef Isa Baba (ranked 22 p4p, 3 weight class) and Lao Shin (ranked 86 p4p, 12 weight class). Baba comes to the cage accompanied by Nation Arabic Orchestra. Shin has chosen Shaolin Chamber of Death as his entrance music. Lao Shin told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shin throws a lazy right hand but Baba sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
Shin cracks Baba with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Baba falls to his knees and Shin doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

During a confident post fight interview, Lao Shin thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
