Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Faustino White (ranked 4766 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Flodder (ranked 5977 p4p, 0 weight class). Flodder is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Amsterdamned. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Faustino White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnny Flodder! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flodder moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Faustino White has been cut. Flodder lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but White circles away quickly and effectively. Flodder gets caught flat footed, as White shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Flodder is looking to stand back up but White counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Flodder. Flodder is trying to stand up here but White is controlling him well. Flodder is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Flodder is trying to stand back up but White is controlling him
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White is working for a submission of some sort.
White stands up from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flodder tries a head kick but it misses.
White tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Flodder manages to circle out of the way. White shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. White showed some decent athleticism there. Flodder trying to control here.
White looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Flodder wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flodder is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Flodder missing with punches from the bottom.
White is thwarting Flodder's attempts to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flodder looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. White has taken the fight to the clinch.
Come on White - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Flodder managing to block the knees to the body from White.
Flodder is trying to break the clinch but White has him pressed against the cage. Flodder wants to break free but White has control.
We've been informed that Flodder has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. White pushes off an throws an elbow but Flodder leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. White looks to throw an elbow but misses. White creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Flodder takes an elbow to the temple. White misses with a hook to the ribs.
Flodder tries to circle away but White has him pinned against the cage. Flodder is looking to break free of the clinch but White has double underhooks. Flodder on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
White tries a body shot but Flodder blocks it.
White keeps control of Flodder as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. White lands an elbow just above Flodder 's eye. Flodder wants a takedown.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. White pulls guard effortlessly. Flodder is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. White doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Faustino White dominated that round. The cut man is working on Faustino White's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
White shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Flodder has one foot on White's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. White shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Flodder is trying to defend but White finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. This has been an exciting period of action! Flodder is trying to maintain the position but White is very close to passing his half guard. White is looking to take a break and control but Flodder is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Flodder tries to roll over but White keeps him under control. Faustino White overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. White is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Flodder defends it well. Flodder gets full guard. Flodder is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Flodder kicks White off and gets to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A low kick from Flodder is predictable there and White holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Flodder tries to pull guard but White won't allow it.
Flodder tries to circle away but White has him pinned against the cage. White goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. White throws an elbow but it misses.
Flodder is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. White throws an elbow but it misses.
White gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Flodder.
Faustino White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Flodder. Flodder is breathing heavily. White misses with a punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White tries to throw a body punch but Flodder avoids it by throwing White back against the cage. White works on Flodder's body with a couple of short punches. White tries to work over Flodder's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Flodder managing to block the knees to the body from White.
Flodder wants to get back to striking at distance but White won't allow it.
Flodder is looking to take this one to the mat. White keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Flodder's efforts to push away. A frustrated look appears on Flodder's face as he tries to break the clinch. White stalling.
White tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Flodder jumps guard but White stands there with Flodder around his waist. Flodder gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Flodder prevents a body shot from White. White tightens his grip and picks Flodder up, before dumping him to the ground. Flodder manages to land in guard. White wants to control from the top but Flodder keeps moving. White decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Flodder closes this distance looking for a takedown but White circles away. Flodder looks for a takedown but White sprawls well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Flodder tries to sprawl but White drives through with a takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Faustino White will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Faustino White's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Flodder tries to land a front kick but White steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Flodder shoots for a takedown but White saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. White gets a double leg takedown into Flodder's guard. White scoring with punches to the head and body. White working some strikes from top position. White postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Flodder is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of White, into his guard.
Flodder decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on White, up you get! Flodder takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Flodder throws a series of punches but White moves out of range. Flodder misses with the body kick and White decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Flodder's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flodder wants to get back to his feet but White is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Flodder keeping moving, preventing White from controlling successfully. White postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Flodder looking for subs off his back but White has passed one foot through into half guard.
White not doing much here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. White is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Flodder is refusing to be controlled, as White sits in half guard. White is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Flodder can do to turn this around? Flodder is looking to improve his position.
White is keen to just control but Flodder is a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flodder keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Flodder wants to improve his position but White is controlling well.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. The fight moves into the clinch position. White lands a body shot. The referee calls for Flodder to work.
Flodder is trying to drag White to the mat but White just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. White tries to land knees in the clinch but Flodder avoids the damage to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Flodder can't get the takedown.
Faustino White has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Flodder. Flodder blocks an elbow strike. White throws an elbow that misses.
White is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. White struggles to land a body shot inside as Flodder controls his hands.
White tries to land a knee to the head but Flodder blocks with his arms.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! White throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Flodder blocks it with crossed arms. White stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Johnny Flodder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Faustino White is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. White is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
And that's the end of the fight! Faustino White showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for White, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
