The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Battle on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Battle forces Cupido back against the cage and clinches.
Cupido looking to throw knees to the head but Battle is blocking nicely.
Battle misses with a hook to the ribs.
Battle lands with a left to the head.
Battle keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Cupido's efforts to push away.
Cupido blocks a body shot from Battle.
Battle lands a right hand.
Cupido is trying to force a seperation but Battle has the dominant position.
Cupido is trying to break the clinch but Battle has him pressed against the cage.
Battle tries to work over Cupido's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Cupido misses with a shot to the kidneys.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Battle on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Battle lands with a right to the head.
Battle keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Cupido's efforts to push away.
Cupido looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Cupido is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Cupido blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Cupido blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cupido tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Cupido has had enough of the clinch but Battle keeps him there for the moment.
Battle lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Battle doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Cupido's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Battle digs a right hand underneath Cupido's ribcage. Cupido let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Cupido tries to break the clinch but Battle is controlling the position.
Battle lands a right hand.
Battle scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A right hook to the body lands for Battle.
Cupido looks winded!
Battle lands a left hand.
Battle lands a nice uppercut.

Cupido prevents a body shot from Battle.
Battle lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Battle lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cupido is rocked!

Battle is working Cupido over against the cage.
Cupido is still on wobbly legs! Can Battle finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
