Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Herschel Nunez (ranked 24883 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konichiwa Jempsa (ranked 5352 p4p, 485 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Konichiwa Jempsa!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Nunez or perhaps it was just good defense by Jempsa, which made it look bad.
Jempsa stalks Nunez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Nunez's face. Nunez staggers backwards, shaken.
Jempsa shoots in and gets a takedown into Nunez's guard.
Jempsa looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jempsa loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Jempsa is working Nunez over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Nunez has momentary wrist control but Jempsa slips an elbow through the middle.

Jempsa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Nunez's guard.
Jempsa stalling.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jempsa's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Jempsa lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Nunez is rocked!
Jempsa looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Oh Nunez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jempsa lands a big elbow - Nunez is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Jempsa!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Konichiwa Jempsa!
