Leumpei tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dregan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Dregan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Leumpei to score with a decent uppercut.

Dregan has Leumpei pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Dregan pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Leumpei tumbling to the mat - Dregan dives into Leumpei's guard.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Dregan for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Leumpei tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Dregan manages to move to mount!

Dregan lands a big shot there that rocks Leumpei but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Dregan content just to control the position here.
Leumpei really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dregan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dregan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Dregan working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Leumpei turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Dregan off and cradles Leumpei's limp body as Dregan celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ronald Dregan!
Ronald Dregan tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
