Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sterling Sharp (ranked 23233 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Binetti (ranked 4191 p4p, 337 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sterling Sharp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jonathan Binetti! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sharp shoots for a takedown but Binetti saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Binetti throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sharp. As Binetti tries to get set, Sharp tries to push him back and clinch up but Binetti manages to avoid the attempt. Binetti clinches with his opponent.
Sharp lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Binetti has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Sharp is on him like a limpet, forcing Binetti back against the cage. Sharp drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sharp tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sterling Sharp. That's going to take a lot out of him. Binetti dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Sharp really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Sharp decides to pull guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Binetti is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Binetti won't allow Sharp to get back to his feet. Sharp will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Binetti slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Sharp is trying to hold Binetti in close to prevent damage but Binetti has managed to pass into half guard.
Still in half guard, Binetti seems content to control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Binetti is nestled in close to Sharp, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Binetti is controlling the pace.
Sharp pushes Binetti off looking to stand but Binetti dives back in and keeps control.
Sharp is trying to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sharp tries to kick Binetti off but Binetti keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Sharp wants to control but Binetti is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Binetti clinches. Binetti gets underhooks to prevent Sharp's takedown attempt.

Sharp is breathing heavily. Sharp tries to pull guard but Binetti won't allow it.
Sharp is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Binetti is defending well. Sharp is looking to control Binetti's arms but Binetti gets an underhook and turns him. Now Sharp has his back to the cage. Binetti tries to land a knee to the head but Sharp blocks with his arms.
Binetti gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sharp.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sharp slows down the pace here.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jonathan Binetti dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Sharp moves forwards but Binetti connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sharp is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
It looks like Sterling Sharp has been cut. Binetti clinches. Oh Sharp is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Binetti stalling the fight.
Binetti lands a big knee to the head and Sharp goes down! Binetti pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
