Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Long Thai (ranked 1440 p4p, 173 weight class) and Screw Ewe (ranked 2054 p4p, 235 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Long Thai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Screw Ewe!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewe throws a series of punches but Thai avoids them all with ease.
Ewe with a lazy takedown attempt
and Thai counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ewe thinking.
Thai throws a looping overhand right but Ewe ducks down to avoid it.
Thai looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Thai misses with a hook to the body
and Ewe counters with a three punch combo that has Thai backing up. Thai nods at Ewe to acknowledge the strikes.
Thai scores with a jab to the jaw.
Thai scores with a nice strike.
Thai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ewe is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Thai misses with a body kick.
Ewe wants to clinch.

Thai connects with a solid leg kick.
Ewe is looking to clinch but Thai is avoiding it.
Thai throws a sloppy head kick
and Ewe counters with a one-two to the body.
Thai displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ewe.
That kick from Thai tenderised Ewe's leg. Ewe is trying to keep his angry face on.
Thai looks to throw the jab but Ewe is out of range.
Ewe misses with a takedown attempt - Thai sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Long Thai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Screw Ewe.

Ewe takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thai lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Thai throws a sloppy head kick and Ewe moves out of range easily.

enabling Thai to counter with a crisp jab.
Ewe fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Thai turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Thai forces Ewe back against the cage and clinches.
Ewe wants a takedown but no success here.

Ewe successfully pulls guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thai postures up.
Thai seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Ewe has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Thai engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Ewe not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Long Thai dominated that round.
That's time! Thai's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Ewe throws a leg kick but Thai sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Thai throws a low kick but Ewe avoids it.
Thai catches Ewe with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Ewe scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Ewe is looking to clinch but Thai is avoiding it.
Thai is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ewe can do to turn this around?
Ewe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thai as he jumps to the side.
Screw Ewe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ewe pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ewe has a takedown stuffed.
Ewe tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Thai defends well and Ewe ends up having to push Thai into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Thai went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Long Thai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Screw Ewe.

Ewe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thai pinned against the cage. Thai gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Long Thai is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ewe misses with a body kick.

We've been informed that Ewe has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Ewe looks for a takedown but Thai sprawls well.

Thai darts in and clinches Ewe up against the cage.

With the fighters up against the cage, Thai throws an elbow but misses.
Thai throws an elbow but it's blocked.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ewe jumps guard but Thai stands there with Ewe around his waist. Ewe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Thai lands an elbow that stopped Ewe in his tracks for a moment.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ewe tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Long Thai dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Ewe shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thai as he avoids it easily.
Ewe is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ewe throws a body kick that misses.
Thai scores with a body shot.
Screw Ewe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Ewe moves out of range of the body kick from Thai.
Ewe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Thai is fending him off so far but Ewe persists. Nope, Thai circles away and we're back to standing.
Ewe tries to close the distance and clinch but Thai swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ewe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Thai is looking to reverse the position.
Ewe moves into full mount!
Thai is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Thai holds on to Ewe around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.
Thai tries to hold on but Ewe postures up.
Thai is squirming around, avoiding Ewe's attempts to control the action.
Thai wants to control but Ewe is having none of it.
Thai is trying to escape the mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Thai tries to hold on but Ewe pushes him away.
Ewe throwing strikes here but Thai is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Ewe throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Ewe tries to control but Thai wriggling away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thai holds on to Ewe around his waist, trying desperately to prevent any attacks.
Ewe throwing strikes here but Thai is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Ewe throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Thai because Ewe loaded up on that one.
Ewe controlling the position easily from mount.

Ewe working for a guillotine from mount but Thai is in no mood to give up.
Thai tries to lock up and control but Ewe gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Ewe is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Thai can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Thai on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Thai tries to get out of the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Thai really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Ewe avoids the attempt from Thai to control.
Ewe unloads with some shots from mount but Thai bucks and avoids them well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Thai slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Screw Ewe has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Screw Ewe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Thai has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
