Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Osama Akharraz (ranked 3880 p4p, 408 weight class) and Crown Halo (ranked 3401 p4p, 377 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akharraz does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Halo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Halo throws a chopping leg kick but Akharraz manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
The fight stays on the outside here - Akharraz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Halo misses with a left hand
and Akharraz counters with a stiff right hand.
Akharraz cracks Halo with a good jab.
Akharraz throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Halo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Halo swats away the attempt to clinch by Akharraz.
Halo lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
We've been told by Akharraz's head coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Halo lands a big knee to the head and Akharraz goes down! Halo pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

Crown Halo decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
