Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reginald Kite (ranked 3957 p4p, 383 weight class) and Michael Tyler (ranked 1840 p4p, 225 weight class). Michael Tyler is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Reginald Kite! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Tyler! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Tyler as he connects with a hook.
It looks like Reginald Kite has been cut. Kite has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The King's Road in the buildup to the fight. That kick from Kite tenderised Tyler's leg. Tyler is trying to keep his angry face on. Kite moves into range and connects with a jab. Tyler rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kite moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Tyler connects with the punch. Kite ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A jab-cross combination lands for Tyler and sends Kite crashing to the mat! Tyler follows him down to the mat - Kite regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kite wants to control but Tyler is keeping busy.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Tyler is looking for a kimura here.
Kite on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kite tries to get out of the position. Tyler missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kite is looking for a sweep. Tyler is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kite blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tyler. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tyler connects with a nice short shot to Kite's temple. Tyler working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyler throwing shots but Kite is blocking nicely. Tyler working Kite over with strikes. Tyler has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Kite knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tyler on the ground. The referee warns Kite that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Tyler unloads with some shots from mount but Kite bucks and avoids them well.

Tyler controlling his opponent. Tyler landing strikes from the mount and Kite is in trouble! Kite in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Tyler landing strikes from the mount. Tyler punishing his opponent with strikes. Tyler lands a big shot there that rocks Kite but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Kite is rocked! Kite is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Tyler locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Kite is forced to tap!
