We've been told by Mad Onion's head coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Lentz might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Mad Onion has got the better of the exchanges.

and Lentz counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Mad Onion out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Lentz is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.

A very excited looking Mathiu Lentz rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
