The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Green.
A little jabbing left from Jackson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jackson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Jackson has Green pressed against the cage, preventing Green from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jackson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Jackson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Green sprawls well. Green wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet.
Jackson drops his hands momentarily and Green takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jackson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Green is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jackson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Green tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Green has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Green tries for a kimura but Jackson is defending well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Green is working to tighten his grip on Jackson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Jackson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Green is really squeezing tight and eventually Jackson passes out! Green breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
