Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Quessy counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Quessy.
Fry is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Quessy gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Quessy manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Fry is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Quessy wants to get back to his feet but Fry is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Fry has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Quessy holds on and takes a little breather.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fry stands up from Quessy's guard - Fry perhaps looking for a knockout.
Fry tries to keep at a distance but Quessy has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fry is pushing Quessy up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Quessy misses with a short punch on the inside.
Quessy stops a takedown attempt from Fry.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jerrell Fry. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fry is fighting off a takedown attempt but Quessy is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Fry to the mat. Fry regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Fry is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Quessy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fry's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fry's back!

It looks like Jerrell Fry has been cut.
Fry could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Quessy is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Fry has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Quessy has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Fry taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Quessy doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Alahm Quessy!
