2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jon Lam Park! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Park fails with an attempt to clinch.
Park throws a right and a left that both miss. Park misses with the combination.

Fightt looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fightt is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Park defends it well. Fightt is pressing down on Park's thigh, looking to free his foot. Park is holding on for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fightt is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Park sees it coming and defends easily. Fightt looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
