Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between XY Mondragon (ranked 3933 p4p, 300 weight class) and Trymore Nkomo (ranked 3531 p4p, 269 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Nkomo's choice of entrance music: On the Floor. XY Mondragon could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Trymore Nkomo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mondragon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Nkomo drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Nkomo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mondragon swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mondragon looking to control but Nkomo passes into half guard.
Nkomo has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nkomo wants to take Mondragon's back but he can't do it this time.

Mondragon is looking to improve his position but Nkomo isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Nkomo quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Nkomo but it's paid off an Mondragon is forced to tap! Nice work by Nkomo.

Trymore Nkomo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
