The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCullen throws a looping overhand right but Wrecking Ball ducks down to avoid it.
Wrecking Ball appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Wrecking Ball feints a jab promting McCullen to slip. Wrecking Ball then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. McCullen slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Sam McCullen has been cut.
Wrecking Ball is looking to clinch.
McCullen takes a swing at Wrecking Ball's ribcage but misses.
Wrecking Ball throws a right and a left that McCullen avoids nicely.
Wrecking Ball doesn't manage to clinch there - McCullen circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wrecking Ball looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that McCullen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Wrecking Ball has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
