The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Othrguy fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Quessy, pushing him back against the cage.
Othrguy is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Quessy gets underhooks to prevent Othrguy's takedown attempt.
Othrguy goes for a takedown in the clinch but Quessy prevents it.
Quessy being controlled against the cage.
Quessy avoids a wild elbow strike from Othrguy.
Othrguy is trying to break free.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Quessy blocking some punches.
Quessy prevents Othrguy from breaking the clinch.
Othrguy wants to get back to striking at distance but Quessy won't allow it.
Quessy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Othrguy is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Othrguy has had enough of the clinch but Quessy keeps him there for the moment.
Othrguy swings wildly with an uppercut but Quessy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Othrguy is fighting off a takedown attempt but Quessy is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Othrguy to the mat. Othrguy regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Quessy won't allow Othrguy to get back to his feet.
Quessy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Othrguy is keeping the position for now.
Quessy slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Othrguy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Quessy goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Othrguy rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Quessy's guard! Nice work there by Othrguy!

Othrguy trying to control the position from guard on top but Quessy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Othrguy avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Quessy looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Othrguy is defending well. Quessy quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Othrguy has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Quessy celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
