Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quintin Finch (ranked 4454 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Brisping (ranked 3507 p4p, 0 weight class). Brisping has chosen Tears Dont Fall as his entrance music. William Brisping is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Quintin Finch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, William Brisping! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brisping digs a good body shot into Finch's ribs. Finch tries to close the distance and clinch but Brisping swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Brisping moves into the clinch successfully.
Finch doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
With the fighters up against the cage, Brisping throws an elbow but misses. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Finch. Brisping turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Finch is looking for a sweep. Finch could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Finch is working hard here to advance position. Brisping has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Finch clinches up with Brisping and pushes him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Finch has a couple of punches blocked by Brisping.

Finch gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Brisping postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Brisping avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Brisping throws a strike but Finch rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Brisping trying to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brisping will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brisping isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Finch stacks Brisping on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Finch! Brisping holding on. Brisping is trying to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Finch scores with a couple of short elbows. Brisping gets back to half guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Brisping is pressing down on Finch's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Brisping looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Finch tries to stand but Brisping is controlling from the bottom. Finch knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brisping on the ground. Finch prevents Brisping from getting back to his feet. Brisping looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Brisping throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Brisping is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Brisping lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Finch pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Finch takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Brisping gets the takedown into side control. Finch tries to improve position but can't. Brisping wants to stand but Finch has his arm trapped. Finch is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Brisping is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Brisping wants to control the pace but Finch is squirming around nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brisping avoids the attempt from Finch to control. Finch is looking to get to half guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Brisping looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Brisping fails to move to back control. Brisping looking to control and managing it successfully. Finch is trying to stand. Brisping looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Brisping trying to control but Finch is having none of it. Finch really wants to buck Brisping off and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brisping lands a couple of good shots and Finch has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Brisping has the hooks in. Finch is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Brisping is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Finch defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Finch might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Finch trying to control the hands but Brisping breaks the grip. Brisping has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brisping has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Finch's body.

Brisping tries to keep control of the position but Finch is staying busy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Finch is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Brisping.
William Brisping has got the better of the ground game so far. Finch staying busy and making it hard for Brisping to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
William Brisping showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Brisping looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Brisping gets a double leg takedown into Finch's guard. Finch wants to get back to his feet but Brisping passes into half guard.
Finch is looking to control Brisping's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Finch avoid being mounted? Brisping is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brisping slows the pace down in half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Brisping connects with a nice short shot to Finch's temple. Finch is trying to control but can't.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brisping is keen to just control but Finch is a slippery customer. Finch trying to control here.
Brisping is trying to control the action in half guard but Finch is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Brisping passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Finch! Brisping tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Finch tries to hold on but Brisping postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Finch is squirming around, avoiding Brisping's attempts to control the action. Finch tries to reverse the position but Brisping maintains control. Brisping takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Brisping is looking to stand but Finch has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Finch wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Brisping looking for the choke from the back. I really don't envy Finch right now.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brisping has good solid back control here. Brisping looking for the choke from the back. Brisping has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Brisping controlling from the back. Brisping is hanging on to Finch's back as he tries to escape.
And that's the end of the fight! William Brisping comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Brisping winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
