Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Deez Nuts (ranked 1011 p4p, 121 weight class) and Jason Stackhouse (ranked 1391 p4p, 171 weight class). Nuts comes to the ring accompanied by Come Down. Stackhouse has chosen True Blood as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stackhouse throws a jab when Nuts was well out of range.

Stackhouse moves into range and clinches up with Nuts.

Nuts lands a right hand.

Nuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Stackhouse walks into a left hand.
Nuts sizes up Stackhouse with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Nuts lands a slapping body shot.
Nuts throws a big shot that misses.
A little jabbing left from Stackhouse on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Stackhouse closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Stackhouse misses with an uppercut. Nuts saw that one coming.
Nuts looks to land a right hand but Stackhouse moved out of range.
Nuts connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Nuts is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Nuts looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Stackhouse has picked Nuts up and slammed him! Nuts can't keep hold of the triangle and Stackhouse manages to pass to side control!

Nuts is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Stackhouse drives through and clinches with Nuts against the ropes.

I was talking to Nuts's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Stackhouse pushes off an throws an elbow but Nuts leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Stackhouse cracks Nuts with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Nuts looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Stackhouse finish him?

It looks like Deez Nuts has been cut.
Stackhouse unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Nuts! He's leaning against the ropes trying to keep his feet but Stackhouse is unloading with more strikes now! Nuts drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 8:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Stackhouse !
Jason Stackhouse tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
