Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between AB Positive (ranked 2475 p4p, 212 weight class) and Henry Wallace (ranked 4467 p4p, 330 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, AB Positive! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Henry Wallace! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Positive. Positive is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Wallace. Henry Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wallace scores with a nice head shot. Wallace lands with a straight right. Positive didn't see that one coming.
It looks like AB Positive has been cut. Positive doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Positive just misses with a punch to the body.
Positive looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Positive takes the fight into the clinch. Positive pulls guard successfully.
Positive is looking for a triangle but Wallace pushes his legs off easily.
Positive looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Positive utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Positive has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wallace can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Wallace wants to stand but Positive has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace throwing strikes but missing. Positive has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Wallace controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Let's hope that Wallace has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Wallace throws a big right hand that misses.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. We've been informed that Wallace has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Wallace swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Positive rushes Wallace and presses him up against the ropes. Wallace misses with an elbow over the top. Positive pulls guard effortlessly.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Positive looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Positive controls Wallace momentarily but Wallace frees himself. Wallace showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Positive trying to control the position here. Wallace in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Positive keeping moving, preventing Wallace from controlling successfully. Positive working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wallace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wallace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Positive is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Positive throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wallace controls from within his opponent's guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Positive tries to land a sweep but no joy. Positive is pulling down on Wallace's head. It's preventing any offense from Wallace, at least for the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wallace throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Horrible takedown attempt by Positive or perhaps it was just good defense by Wallace, which made it look bad. Wallace tries to sprawl but Positive drives through with a takedown into half guard. Wallace is looking to improve his position.
Positive tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Wallace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallace is doing well to control the position and prevent Positive from advancing to side control. Wallace wants to get back to full guard. Positive thows a huge punch but Wallace dodges it nicely.
Positive missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Positive tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Positive performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Wallace tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Positive has advanced to mount. Uh oh. Positive prevents Wallace from getting the reversal.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Wallace is squirming around, avoiding Positive's attempts to control the action. Wallace is wriggling around trying to escape.
Positive avoids the attempt from Wallace to control. Positive can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Wallace is looking to escape. Positive jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Wallace manages to avoid the submission attempt. Wallace tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Positive is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Wallace has escaped the position, nice work there. Wallace is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Wallace struggling a bit here. Positive just content to control the position. Wallace tries to bench press Positive off him but Positive keeps the position. Wallace looks to move to half guard but instead Positive has passed into mount! Damn! Wallace can't escape the position.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Wallace has given up his back. Will we see Positive going for some submissions?
Wallace tries to roll but Positive sticks to his back.
Positive struggling to land strikes to the head as Wallace covers up. Wallace breaks Positive's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Wallace preventing the sweep. Wallace stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Positive swivels though and keeps the full guard. Positive has a closed guard, preventing Wallace from standing up. Wallace trying to control but Positive is working from the bottom.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. Wallace tries to free his leg and advance position but Positive is retaining full guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Positive not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Wallace slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Positive wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Positive tries to land a sweep but no joy. Positive trying to keep a closed guard but Wallace is proving a slippery customer.
Positive had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wallace defends it easily. Positive thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Positive manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wallace manages to get himself to full guard.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Wallace keeping moving, preventing Positive from controlling successfully. Positive throwing strikes from guard but Wallace blocks nicely. Wallace trying to control the position.
Wallace is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wallace wants to get back to his feet.
Positive is trying to control but can't.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wallace sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Positive defending well though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that AB Positive will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on AB Positive's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Good shot there by Wallace. Wallace is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Wallace drops Positive with a beautiful combination! Positive stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wallace is looking for the KO!
Positive is rocked! Positive avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Oh Positive is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Wallace punishes Positive's body with a nice straight punch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wallace scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Positive wants to clinch. It seemed like Wallace was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Wallace has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wallace cracks Positive with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Positive tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Wallace pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Positive is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Henry Wallace!
