Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Jin Kazama (ranked 5652 p4p, 459 weight class) and Bichel Misping (ranked 4229 p4p, 394 weight class). Misping has chosen Blur- Song 2 as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kazama! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Bichel Misping! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A slapping body kick lands there for Kazama. Misping clinches up against the ropes. Kazama pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Misping tries to clinch but Kazama moves out of range. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Kazama. Misping shrugs it off though. Kazama moves into range and clinches up with Misping. Misping tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Kazama lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes. Misping working hard to break the clinch. Kazama looking to slow down the pace here. Both guys are working to get underhooks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Misping trying to stall but Kazama improves his position.
Kazama makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Misping looks winded! Kazama pushes Misping back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kazama breaks from the clinch.
Kazama definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Kazama keeps Misping at a distance using the push kick. A nice leg kick lands there from Kazama. Misping tries to clinch up. The fight stays on the outside here - Misping looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kazama throws a counter high kick but Misping was just alert enough to avoid it. Kazama throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Kazama lands a front kick. Kazama scores with a jab to the head.
Kazama lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Jin Kazama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kazama moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kazama lands a lovely overhand right. Misping takes a kick to the side of the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kazama stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Misping takes a kick to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Misping takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Misping is rocked! Kazama throws a head kick that half lands.
Misping is still on wobbly legs! Can Kazama finish him? Kazama closes the distance and catches Misping with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Misping is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Misping is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Misping is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Kazama takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jin Kazama! Bichel Misping was interviewed post fight and said 'Fook it. I'll be back.'.
