Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Souza (ranked 4446 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lalli Lallukka (ranked 24079 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Souza shoots in looking for a takedown. Lallukka tries to sprawl out of it but Souza keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lallukka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Souza might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Souza changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lallukka looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Lallukka sneaks out the side door and pushes Souza away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well Lallukka has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
