Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 23794 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thanasis Kon (ranked 21930 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Lesnar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thanasis Kon! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kon decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kon thows a huge punch but Lesnar dodges it nicely.
Lesnar avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kon. Lesnar has hold of Kon's hands but Kon slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Lesnar wants to control but Kon is keeping busy.
Kon not landing any meaningful shots this time. Kon sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lesnar defending well though. Kon stops Lesnar from getting back to his feet.
Lesnar keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kon throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Lesnar to regain full guard. Lesnar will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kon is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Kon is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Lesnar wriggles free and stands up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kon looking to score a takedown here. Lesnar is defending well but Kon drives through and ends up in Lesnar's guard. Kon content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Lesnar is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kon cracks Lesnar with a solid left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kon lands a couple of digs. Kon scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kon works over Lesnar with some ground and pound from guard. Lesnar could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Kon is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kon throws a strike but Lesnar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lesnar is pushing down on Kon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kon is fighting to maintain full guard but Lesnar has managed to sneak the leg through. Lesnar blocks the strikes from Kon.
Kon tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Lesnar looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kon taking some punishment here, with Lesnar in his half guard. Kon punching from the bottom.
Kon landing strikes from the bottom. Kon flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Kon is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Kon.
Lesnar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kon knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kon is trying to get back to half guard. Kon tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Kon gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Kon can't escape the position.
Kon tries to strike from the bottom but he's left himself exposed and Lesnar has taken his back. Lesnar keeps control of the position as Kon tries to break free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kon manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lesnar's guard. Nice work there by Kon.
Kon scoring with punches to the head and body. Kon throwing strikes from guard but Lesnar blocks nicely. Lesnar pushes a forearm under Kon's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Kon is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Brock Lesnar!
