0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lukas Chomsli! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chomsli drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Chomsli is pushing down on Talley's leg trying to pass to half guard. Talley is fighting to maintain full guard but Chomsli has managed to sneak the leg through. Chomsli is looking to take a break and control but Talley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Chomsli controlling the action here. Chomsli passes the guard and advances to mount! Chomsli pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Talley is trying desperately to improve position. Chomsli controlling the pace for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Talley wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Chomsli is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Chomsli is looking for the choke from the back position but Talley is controlling his hands well. You can see the frustration on Talley's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Chomsli scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Talley is looking for a way out. Chomsli is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Talley has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Chomsli has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Talley is in real trouble here. Chomsli gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Talley is tapping out! Chomsli wins by rear naked choke!
