Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wilson Viera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tre Tanks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Viera! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tre Tanks! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tanks avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tanks scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Viera is looking for a sweep. Tanks lands a decent elbow from side control. Tanks wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Viera, who protects the arm well. Viera gets back to half guard. Viera wants to improve his position but Tanks is controlling well.
Tanks is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tanks is looking for a kimura but Viera is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tanks to get the leverage.

Tanks is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Viera defends it well. Viera makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Viera. Viera trying to strike off his back.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Viera on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Viera tries to get out of the position. Tanks forces his way into half guard. Tanks is trying to work for a kimura but Viera is defending well.
Tanks looks gassed! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Viera throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Viera manages to get back to half guard. Viera is pressing down on Tanks's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Tanks trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Tanks preventing the sweep. Tanks drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Viera manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Tanks has Viera in his guard. Viera distracts Tanks with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Viera scores with a sloppy right hand. Tanks should have avoided that one. Viera looks to score with a jab to the body but Tanks is just out of range. Viera swinging wilding here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tanks shoots in but no luck this time. Wilson Viera is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tanks shoots in looking for a takedown. Viera tries to sprawl out of it but Tanks keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Viera manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Tanks slips a jab and a cross from Viera.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tanks staying out of range there. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Tanks shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Viera but Viera pushes him off and we're back to square one. Wilson Viera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tre Tanks. Tanks shoots for a double leg takedown but Viera sprawls well. He's pushed Tanks's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tanks shoots in and drives through. Viera sprawls well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Viera throws a jab but it's blocked by Tanks. Wilson Viera is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Viera will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tanks fails with a takedown attempt. Tanks shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Viera pinned against the cage. Viera gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tanks is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tanks avoids a punch combination nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Viera lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Wilson Viera dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Tanks has a takedown stuffed.
It looks like Tre Tanks has been cut. Tanks keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Viera tries to bum rush Tanks with a series of wild strikes but Tanks uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Viera as Tanks shoots in. Tanks fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Tanks takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Viera misses with a wild body shot. Viera throws a right and a left that Tanks avoids nicely. Viera misses with a wild combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Viera misses with a looping left. Viera misses with a wild body shot. Viera throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tanks changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Viera tries to avoid it but Tanks manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Viera to the ground. Viera escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. A cross from Viera lands.
That has opened up Tre Tanks's cut even more. Tanks shoots in for a double leg but Viera sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tanks looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Tanks steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Viera.
And that's the end of the fight! Wilson Viera showed his dominance in that final round. I think Viera has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
