Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dartemis Bleak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bleak rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Taylor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bleak swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Taylor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bleak sprawls well initially but Taylor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Bleak pushes Taylor off looking to stand but Taylor dives back in and keeps control.
Bleak pushes Taylor off and gets back to his feet.
Taylor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Taylor stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bleak.
Taylor closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Taylor is looking to take a break and control but Bleak is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Bleak looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Taylor postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bleak is pushing Taylor's head away, looking to escape. Taylor manages to hold on to the position though.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Taylor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It looked like Bleak was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Taylor walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
It looks like Rex Taylor has been cut.
Bleak lands with a thumping leg kick.
Taylor is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bleak's half guard.

Bleak manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Taylor keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Bleak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bleak takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Bleak throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Taylor tumbling to the canvas!
Taylor is rocked!
Bleak arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Taylor's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Dartemis Bleak!
