Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Frost (ranked 4655 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Nakamura (ranked 3667 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Clarence Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tommy Nakamura! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nakamura feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Nakamura is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Frost is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Frost has escaped and now he's on top! Frost trying to stand up but can't free himself from Nakamura's guard. Nakamura looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Nakamura pulls Frost in close to prevent any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nakamura wants to sweep here but Frost controlling him for the moment. Nakamura is pulling down on Frost's head to control his posture. Frost stopping the sweep attempt from Nakamura. Nakamura is adopting a defensive guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Frost won't allow Nakamura to sweep him here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nakamura shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Nakamura is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Frost is trying to stand up here but Nakamura is controlling him well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nakamura is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Frost has managed to free his arm - good work. Nakamura is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Frost is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Frost could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Nakamura closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Frost to the mat! Frost manages to get full guard. Nakamura postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Nakamura's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Nakamura drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Frost manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Nakamura has Frost in his guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nakamura is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Nakamura dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Nakamura is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Frost's half guard. Nakamura sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Frost defending well though. Nakamura is working for a submission of some sort.
Nakamura has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Nakamura lands with a punch from half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nakamura is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Frost tries to kick Nakamura off but Nakamura keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Nakamura is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Frost defends it well. Nakamura is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Nakamura takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nakamura changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Frost looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Nakamura stands up. Nakamura fails with the takedown. Frost is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Nakamura shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Frost's guard. Nakamura loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nakamura with a flurry of punches that miss. Tommy Nakamura has got the better of the ground game so far. Frost is looking to stand up but Nakamura isn't so interested in that idea. Nakamura landing with the ground and pound. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Nakamura's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Nakamura working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Nakamura drops back looking for a leg! Frost is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Frost manages to kick Nakamura off! Nakamura jumps back into Frost's guard. Nakamura chips away with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nakamura is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Nakamura has gone for a leg lock! Frost slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nakamura's guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nakamura pulls Frost in to control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Nakamura showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Nakamura tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Frost swivels and escapes. It looked like Frost wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Clarence Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Nakamura. Frost throws a shot from downtown. Nakamura moves away and avoids it. Nakamura swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. A jab from Frost misses. Nakamura fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Frost avoids it really well and circles away. Frost leaves Nakamura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice sprawl there from Frost as Nakamura shoots in. Nakamura shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Frost defends it nicely. It looked like Frost wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Nakamura takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Frost lands a head shot. Frost gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Frost wants to stand but Nakamura is controlling the position. Nakamura drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Frost manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Nakamura has Frost in his guard.
Frost will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nakamura can do anything to dispel that myth. Nakamura controlling the position. Frost preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost wants to stand but Nakamura is controlling his posture from full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nakamura closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Frost to the mat! Frost manages to get full guard. Nakamura is looking to work some ground and pound but Frost has wrist control. Nakamura stops Frost from standing up. Nakamura postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Frost is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap!
